Building a career at the firm.
A small practice with broad exposure - corporate compliance, secretarial audit, due diligence, and litigation - all within reach.
The firm is run as a tight, accountable team. From your first month, you will engage directly with clients, draft the documents that go to regulators, and sit in on the meetings where decisions get made. There is no bench, no inflated hierarchy, and no make-work.
In exchange, the firm asks for the qualities that the profession has always required: precision, discretion, intellectual honesty, and the patience to do unglamorous work well. Statutory compliance is rarely a thrilling subject - but done with care, it is the foundation of every other thing a company hopes to achieve.
We hire selectively and slowly. If your formation matches the firm's, the door is genuinely open.
Roles we typically hire into.

We do not work with placement portals. Email us your CV and a short covering note that explains why this firm, in particular - rather than the dozens of firms that look similar from the outside.
