Swaroop Suryanarayana is the Founder and Proprietor of Swaroop Suri & Associates, a firm of Practising Company Secretaries based in Bengaluru. He has been in independent practice since June 2011 and was elevated to Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) in 2016.
His practice spans corporate laws, securities laws, foreign exchange management, intellectual property, industrial and labour laws, environmental laws, and management and startup advisory. He leads engagements in Board Process Audits, Corporate Governance Audits, Secretarial Audits, Internal Audits, and transaction-based Due Diligence for listed and unlisted companies as well as LLPs.
